Hong Kong is located in the southern coastal area of China with a total area of under 1,100 square kilometers. It covers Hong Kong Island, the Kowloon peninsula and the New Territories including over 200 outlying Islands. Hong Kong has no natural resources but a deep-water harbour with a population about 6.8 million. Hong Kong is an excellent place to set up a business for its simple tax system and low tax rate. It is also a gateway to enter the China market.
Hong Kong also has excellent communications and infrastructure and commercial position. It is one of the world's major financial and business centers in Asia.
